Careers
Stump Grinding Putnam is interested in meeting dependable people who enjoy practical outdoor work and take pride in helping property owners. We value a positive attitude, safe working habits, reliability, and a willingness to learn. As our local service grows, we welcome inquiries from people interested in becoming part of the team.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing stump grinding properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in stump grinding or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
